Can I Get Herpes In My Tongue I Have Blisters In My Mouth... Plz Help?

I have blisters in my mouth... plz help? - can i get herpes in my tongue

I'm pretty sure that I will not have herpes, sexual or something ... I think I ate something bad or that some bacteria or whatever I was in my mouth ... Ive had this before, but I wonder how these bubbles disappear more quickly .. I have a blister on the inside of the lip and I have a blister on the tongue. How to disappear quicker these things? I've heard that orange juice and mouthwash works ...
