Claiming DLA for Crohn's? - dla claim pack

Anyone who has had a claim to a successful DLA for Crohn's disease?
Crohn's disease and I've got my DLA application package and has an appointment with a consultant for the human being, someone has to share some advice or experience that may help my application.
