Chronic anemia and I had to take iron for 4 of my pregnancies, at first I was in a draw, but because I was not absorbing the iron of them had to go and take liquid iron 3 times a day, who knows absolutely lacking, but it works much better (and I feel) much better. With my third child, but it was, for injection in the last few months, because my irons are still rather low. Ask your doctor what you take level of safety, but you can also try to recommend Floradix is available in health food stores, is a liquid that contains other minerals, and respect for the pregnancy (apparently). They will probably recommend that breast-feeding instead of pills, if I remember correctly.

Iron is very good during pregnancy, make sure that it has been prescribed by your doctor.

Its really important that you keep your iron levels during pregnancy. I was on iron tablets for the right of way through my pregnancy I'm anemic and I said to stay in Europe, until I've had my baby.

I was in the iron through my last pregnancy also

You need a blood test through to check your iron levels before anyway and then your doctor will discuss what to do next. Iron pills are safe for pregnancy, but can cause unpleasant side effects such as constipation.

If you have a need for iron therapy was prescribed.

Perhaps it is better, so serious to your doctor about something like this conversation, instead of following the advice on the Internet. It is advice may be incorrect and I know that your doctor your medical history and may all the mitigating circumstances that can see or not affected. All the best love x
