Summary of a study on the beginning of Still's disease in adults
Abstract
Still's disease in adults (OSD) is a multi-inflammatory disease characterized by high fever doping, transient salmon-colored skin rash, joint pain or arthritis, hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy and sore throat. There is no specific test or combination of tests for the diagnosis of AOSD and patients have a systemic May involvement including neurological manifestations in 7-12% of cases. We present a complex case of a patient with AOSD, the Miller-Fisher variant of Guillain-Barre syndrome develops. This immunological disorder of the nervous system has not yet been reported in conjunction with AOSD before. We also examine the literature on the otherUrologic manifestations of the OSD. AOSD mimics the pathological processes and various manifestations of multiple systems in May complicate the situation.
